The Challenge
TechFlow had 200 developers working on 15 .NET applications but deployed only once per month — taking 3 full days and involving 8 people. Rollbacks required another 3-day effort. Quality was poor (avg. 12 production bugs per release), developer morale was low due to "deployment Fridays", and customers were frustrated by slow feature delivery.
Our Solution
VFL Technologies ran a 10-week DevOps transformation. We set up Azure DevOps organization with project-level pipelines, migrated all 15 applications to multi-stage YAML pipelines with automated testing gates (unit, integration, load), Dockerized all services, deployed to AKS with Helm charts, and implemented SonarQube quality gates and OWASP ZAP security scanning in every pipeline.
