The Challenge
FinServe's 5,000 employees used 3 disconnected systems for internal communications: an outdated Lotus Notes intranet, a file server (80TB), and email for everything else. Employees spent an average of 45 minutes per day just finding information. Compliance teams struggled with document versioning and retention policies across multiple platforms.
Our Solution
VFL Technologies designed a modern SharePoint Online hub site architecture with 12 department sub-sites. We migrated 80TB of data from file servers using SharePoint Migration Tool with custom scripts. Built 15 custom SPFx web parts with React, automated HR onboarding and compliance workflows via Power Automate, and deployed a Microsoft Teams governance framework with Teams Toolkit.
