A healthcare startup needed a fully HIPAA/DISHA-compliant patient management platform with integrated telemedicine, EHR management, prescription generation, and billing — all within 6 months. They had a small in-house team with limited .NET experience and needed an end-to-end delivery partner.
Our Solution
VFL Technologies architected and built a microservices-based healthcare platform on .NET 8 and Azure. The platform includes a Blazor Server patient portal, ASP.NET Core APIs, SignalR for real-time video consultation, Azure FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) for EHR storage, and Azure Key Vault for PHI encryption. All infrastructure is deployed via Azure DevOps with security scanning in every pipeline.
