Field engineers across 12 states used paper forms to document site visits, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities. Data entry in the office took 2–3 days post-visit, errors were frequent, and management had no real-time visibility. Engineers in remote areas had no internet connectivity during visits.
VFL Technologies built a .NET MAUI cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) with full offline capability using SQLite sync. Engineers complete digital inspection forms with photo capture, GPS tagging, barcode scanning, and digital signatures — all stored locally and synced to Azure SQL via Azure Mobile Apps SDK when connectivity is restored. Integration with Dynamics 365 Field Service provides work order management.

Phased rollout to 500 engineers with in-app tutorial.
"Our engineers finally have a tool that works in a field with no signal. VFL built something that just works — every time, everywhere. The ROI was clear within 30 days."
